Submitting an enquiry, Build Your Vehicle specification or finance request through this website does not by itself create a contract for the purchase of a vehicle or finance. Final vehicle, price, specification, delivery, payment and finance terms must be agreed separately.
We aim to describe vehicles accurately and clearly. Specifications, availability, mileage, prices, payloads, towing figures, warranty and optional equipment should be confirmed with UKVS before purchase because stock and specifications can change. Manufacturer or third-party product information remains subject to the relevant provider’s terms.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, commercial vehicle prices shown exclusive of VAT are subject to VAT at the applicable rate. Any final invoice or order documentation will state the applicable price and taxes.
Finance information and calculator results on this website are illustrative only and are not a quotation, representative APR or finance offer. Finance is subject to status, lender approval and final terms. UKVS Commercials is a credit broker and not a lender and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, FCA No. 622837. We can introduce you to selected finance providers or intermediaries and do not provide finance products from the whole market. We may receive commission. The existence and nature of relevant commission arrangements will be disclosed in good time, and the amount will be disclosed where required or on request.
Warranty eligibility, duration, claim limits, exclusions and other conditions depend on the specific vehicle and warranty product. Full applicable warranty terms will be provided before purchase where a warranty is offered.
Nothing in these website terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where consumer law applies to a particular sale, the customer’s statutory rights remain unaffected.
